Permission is granted to download the strategic intelligence reports for personal or internal business research only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. You may not use the materials for any public display or commercial resale without explicit authorization.
Due to the digital nature of our AI-mined intelligence reports, all sales are final. Once a report is unlocked or a PPT is generated, we cannot offer refunds. If you encounter technical issues, please contact support@ebrainbot.com.
The intelligence reports are provided "as is". Insight Oracle makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Insight Oracle or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the strategic reports, even if Insight Oracle has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
